Winter Play

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

Some cards from a new Spellbinders set.

 

Die cut greenery from scraps of green cardstocks.
Snowflakes were printed on the vellum (not stamped).



Greenery cut from Neenah scraps and colored with DOX inks swiped on with finger dauber.



Sled was cut from red cardstock and stamped.

  1. Three beautiful cards. Lave all the details on each one. The snowflake vellum is so pretty and perfect as a background for the sled on the 1st card. The skates look great on that arched die cut and that pretty red sled shines against the crisp white background.

  3. These are so pretty, Bonnie. I used to have a sled and had so much fun so this is good memories. Also, we went ice skating but falling was not as much fun and sledding was. I love how you added the pom poms to the skates.

  7. You are so good at using the same images and coming up with such different looks Bonnie, and the skates and sled have been used brilliantly, and some beautiful embossed backgrounds and added poinsettia and pine branches, and also the snowflake vellum on the first is gorgeous. x

  10. This set is so cute and your cards are darling! I'm trying to decide which is a favorite, but it's impossible. The greenery is especially pretty on the third card and love the snowflake print on the red sled. There's something very special about each of them!

  25. What fun and beautiful cards Bonnie! I love these dies, the sled is so gorgeous and reminds me of the old sleds from the 50's. Skates always steal my heart because we would go ice skating on the pond if the winter was cold enough for the pond to freeze thick enough. Plus they just are part of that Christmas feel good. Each card invokes fun Christmas/winter fun. Love those green boughs again, they are so real looking! Hugs, Brenda
