Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
When I was playing with dragonflies for this card I had some snippets of
designer paper on the table and was able to get three sets of wings from it and
used some snippets of the gold foil for the bodies.
The embossing folder was out too and they all went together as easy as 1 2 3!
I just had to share it with you.
I had a piece of Neenah Solar White embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder and
double embossed it by putting it in the Leafy 3D Embossing folder and embossing again.
I wish the photo showed the extra texture in that background.
Challenges:
Can You Handle the Pressure - Use an embossing folder (no twist this time)

ReplyDeleteThose snippets were perfect for the wings, Bonnie. The touches of gold accent the gold of their bodies. I've double embossed before so I can see in my mind's eye what yours looks like - fabulous.

ReplyDeleteThese dragonflies are beautiful Bonnie and I love the 3D embossed leaves over texture already on the card from using an ordinary embossing folder which I'm sure does add lots of interest but which unfortunately it is difficult to see in the photo. x
