Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
This guy makes me laugh. He looks a bit like Smokey the Bear with that hat!
I stamped and colored with Copics and embossed the frame and added a
little bird friend.
The stamp and embossing folder are new to me. I'm trying to get that mountain of
NBUS used before I shop again. We'll see how that works!

Your sweet and thoughtful comments warm my heart!
Nothing like waking up to a smiling snowman - he makes me smile. I have a lot of bright red cardinals feeding this morning so your red cardinal is perfect. Sure is a happy card and you have been doing a lot of embossing lately. Or am I just starting to notice embossing more.
ReplyDeleteYou have more self control than I -- If I waited to buy more "stuff" until I used my NUBS I would never get anything new!!!
Love your winter card Bonnie!
Sandy xx
He's definitely a cutie and makes me chuckle too Bonnie...cute, CUTE card!! And let me know how it goes with the not buying anything new until the mountain of NBUS gets used...I'd like to know the secret!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteOR a park ranger! YES he makes me smile, too! You are doing so well keeping up with your Christmas stash, Bonnie!
ReplyDelete=]
Now that you say that about Smokey the Bear I can't "un-see" it! LOL! Love this CAS card! Perfect!
ReplyDeleteLynn
It's Smokey's brother from up north, lol! You should have a naming contest! If an image ever deserved to be framed it's this fun guy! Well done, Bon! Adding the bird was inspired, too; I thought it came with the snowman! (BTW, LOVE all your beautiful dragonfly designs!) Hugs, Dolly
ReplyDeleteLove your smiley snowman and the way you have framed him. xx
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute snowman - he made me smile. Great framing with the new embossing folder.
ReplyDeleteYou just keep rolling right along with the Christmas cards! One of these days the inspiration will overflow and I'll get started. Love any reason to smile and this happy guy gives me one and you give another with your Smokey the Bear comment. Well, somebody has to take over the job in the wintertime. Good luck with your NBUS!
ReplyDeleteLove your sweet snowman and so does your little birdie:-) Wonderful dry embossed background too. TFS my friend. Love and hugs..Nancy
ReplyDeleteYou can't help but smile when you look at this one. Love that subtle background texture too xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute snowman and I love his hat which has the style of a park ranger..I don't know Smokey the Bear, the only one I remember is Yogi Bear..lol. The trees EF gives it the feel of the outdoors, and such a sweet little bird and just the right size to rest on one of the snowman's twiggy arms. x
ReplyDeleteLOL ... I think it must be the hat that makes him resemble Smokey the Bear so much lol. Awesome design my friend ... simple beautiful holiday creation. Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our Peace On Earth challenge! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often.

He definitely is cute. I think he kind of looks like Smokey the bear also - it has to be the hat. Love how you embossed the frame around him.
ReplyDeleteSuch a whimsical looking snowman, Bonnie, and I love how you framed him in. Kudos to you for using your NBUS pile.
ReplyDeleteHe looks cute in his little green hat! This is delightful, Bonnie. I need to get going on my Christmas cards, I haven't made one yet this year...yikes!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! Thank you for sharing with us at Peace on Earth Christmas Challenge.
ReplyDeleteHow cute is "Smokey the snowman". I like that soft looking embossing and sweet birdie. What a novel idea to not buy more until you used what you have! I'm not sure why one would want to do that!
ReplyDeleteOh what a sweet snowman.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet Snowman! I love your subtle colouring and the embossed card front!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie, Bonnie, and I love how you have framed him with the embossed panel
