Hummingbird

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!


It was really hard to choose just one for my collection.


I chose the Delicate Floral Hummingbird die set because it has an awesome background 
die plus two hummingbird dies facing in opposite directions and a pretty layered flower too.

She shows how to do the lattice cards too.  She shows several different lattice
patterns.  I stuck with this one but put a piece of cardstock behind the lattice so 
I can add a message inside.

I also had some of Simon Says Stamp's Pawsitively Saturated Ink Cubes that I was trying
out with their small blending brushes.  They worked so smoothly and I really enjoyed working
with them. I liked them so well that there are more ink cubes on the way.

    So beautiful, Bonnie. I love the colors. I've seen a few lattice cards on Pinterest but haven't made one. When I have a few minutes I plan to watch Bibi's video and will probably be inspired to buy. lol Although I'm saving my money for other things that are out of stock at the moment.

    Wow, I am loving this hummingbird lattice card Bonnie! The hummingbird and flowers and leaves are just gorgeous. I have been wanting some of those mini blending brushes, they look like they work well as seen on your gorgeous card. Hugs, Brenda

    These are beautiful die with the hummingbird and flowers Bonnie and I love the 3d Leafy embossing in the background. I have seen quite a few of this lattice style of card recently and it works brilliantly here..I must give it a go. x

    Funny how I've looked at this set several times but didn't love it enough until just now. You've used it so beautifully! Your coloring is divine! I've had the lattice idea on my to-do list for quite a while. This is just gorgeous!

    LOVE everything about this BEAUTIFUL card Bonnie! Hummers are one of my favorite birds and I just love seeing them flitting about my feeder all Summer long! You have colored him so beautifully and the leaves too, and it all looks so perfect against the embossed upper part of the card and the lattice you made. Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Hugs. :0)

    NO one colors die cuts like you do. That's a skill I don't have. Your coloring stole the show on this one, Bonnie! The colors on that hummer are so true to their actual color!
