My friend Nance and I hadn't had an opportunity to get together for
a long time. I think we figured it had been 8 months! Fortunately we were
able to work it out recently and we had a lot to catch up on.
Nance brought some of her recent purchases and I shared some of mine.
I couldn't resist her seagulls.
I combined this fun fella with a new stencil for a beachy scene.
I "caught" this guy in a Polaroid shot and embossed the frame.
The stenciling on the card base was done with the leftover ink on my blending
brush from the first card and the background was in my stash.

Those faces just get me, Bonnie. I love how he looks up close and personal on the first card but I'd rather have the real ones in a Polaroid.

ReplyDeleteTwo great cards using that fun seagull die Bonnie, and love the beautiful stencilled scene you created behind it on the first, and the blue background really makes it stand out on the second, and the fabulous dry embossed shells with just that touch of ink to bring out the shapes makes a perfect background. x
