My friend Marcia is always enticing and enabling me. When she posted this card,
I had to email her and ask for a link to this velvety paper.
Of course being the sweet friend that she is, she quickly sent it to me.

I cut a piece in quarters and added one piece to some 80 pound Neenah and
cut a heart. Some gold foil worked great for the scalloped heart to
CASE Marcia's card.
I embossed the red heart but it doesn't show in the photo. It feels good too.
It's so soft and velvety. I do love texture!
I used Jen M.'s sketch at Freshly Made Sketches for my layout.

It looks like red velvet hearts are going to be the new rage, Bonnie. Even if we can't feel it, we can still imagine its luxury and paired with gold makes it even more elegant.

The embossing is hard to capture with the camera, but I'm sure it's gorgeous IRL! And I love how perfectly your gold sentiment fits inside the heart!
