Hooray for the Red, White and Blue

Hi there.  I'm glad you stopped by!

I know I'm late for Independence Day.  I was too slow to get these in on time.

For good measure, I did another.
I think these can work for those big grandsons!

I originally did these cards for JoAnn's Red, White and Blue Challenge at
Seize the Birthday but wasn't quick enough.  But the challenge this time has an
option of a non-neutral card base.  Woot, this fits! I do love to play options!

Now let's see if I can get this in on time...

Enjoy!

  10. Very festive and energetic birthday cards for your grandsons, Bonnie! I was planning to use the MFT fireworks stamp set for a 4th of July card this year, but the day was over while I was thinking of the design... Now I feel like taking out the stamp set again and making a birthday card. :-)

  17. Two great red, white, and blue cards, Bonnie! Love the one with the fireworks - that would be a great birthday card for a teenage boy. You are doing so well with keeping your creativity up - mine has taken a real dive, plus I was having computer problems and it finally died so then I had all the hassle of getting a new one and getting it up and running. I had the red, white, and blue challenge in my mind and did make a card, but forgot it was a birthday challenge and ended up making a thank you card by mistake. Oh well - I'll gear up for some August challenges.

  19. You may be late, but better than me seeing as how I didn't do a single 4th of July card. I think these are great for guy birthday cards! In fact, I have a guy friend whose birthday is on July 4th.
