Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I'm always excited when we get some snow.
We got sleet and freezing rain instead. Fortunately we didn't get a lot
of freezing rain in our area.
Maybe next time we'll get some snow...enough to build a snowman.
Snowy always makes me smile! I think he looks quite dashing with the plaid.
His scarf and hat are paper pieced and I've added some Flower Soft to
fluff up his hat brim and pom-pom.

Snowy makes me smile too, he is always so cute. I love his plaid hat and scarf.
ReplyDeleteGlad you didn't have much sleet and rain. Stay safe. ((hugs))
My favorite snowman looks so dapper in his plaid scarf and hat, Bonnie. I love that Flower Soft and have to find some. I'm glad you like snow and I'm sorry you had sleet instead. We got driving rain and high winds.
ReplyDeleteWe didn't get much snow either Bonnie, only about 3 inches, which the sleet/freezing rain and rain all shrunk down to probably less than an inch and of course made things all icy. Hope you can build that snowman next time! Your card is adorable! I love this little guy so much and you have showcased him perfectly. Loving the plaid and paper piecing. The red really makes him stand out. And you can't have a snowman without some falling snow! lol Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwww...Snowy always makes me smile too Bonnie, and I love, LOVE all the plaid on Snowy and as part of your background too! Cute, CUTE card my friend!! Hugs. :0) (We had freezing drizzle yesterday too...NO FUN!!)
ReplyDeleteHow cute is this! He looks great in his read plaid scarf and hat and love your layout. If you want snow come to Ohio. In our area we got 15” and some areas got 25”. It was definitely a stay in day here.

Beloved Snowy looks very happy with the plaid! That's a great holly die, too. I'm definitely not a fan of sleet and freezing rain, but some snow is nice now and then. We might get it once a year, but so far this year nothing.
ReplyDeleteSnowy always looks cute especially in his thick woolly plaid scarf and hat ♥

ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you that the plaid fits perfectly with this snowman's clothes. I'm just wondering how did you do it? Did you cut the scarf and hat out of checkered paper? This snowman really stole my heart :-)
