It's pretty chilly here today. A good day to stay inside and craft!
I'm still using some of that last batch of salted backgrounds and a
familiar layout. The last for a while, I promise.

I have a huge request. You promise that this will not be the last card with a salted watercolor background this month. I love these cards, and I love your salty backgrounds. They are so beautiful, unique.

Your salt watercoloured backgrounds are so pretty for winter skies, Bonnie. Two beautiful cards with the glitter trees in the circle apertures. xx
Brilliant cards Bonnie! Love the design and your salty backgrounds!
Gorgeous cards Bonnie, the salted backgrounds look amazing! Cathy x
I've never had the salt give me such amazing results! They look like ice crystals on this wonderful, wintry background! Love the sparkly tree on this and the addition of my favorite die cut star.
Loving these aperture cards and both of your cards are so very pretty and the slat backgrounds are fabulous x.
Beautiful ! What kind of salt are you using? I never get results like this. Granted, I'm only using table salt but I don't know if that makes a difference. [Bunny]
The salted background adds perfect texture for this frosty wintery scene. Love your tried and true design. xx
Bonnie, I love that salted background and never tire of seeing them especially when you have them behind such pretty die cuts :)
Beautiful background - great results with the salt on these ones! Love the sparkle on the trees and the star. Two fabulous cards for your stash!
A lovely scene. I do like background technique it's one I've never tried so I am going to give it a go xxx
Love the sparkle in the tress against the muted background - another beauty Bonnie

Who knew that salt could be used in crafting for such a beautiful background! What a lovely card, Bonnie.
Elegant looking card. Love your style
This salty background is so pretty and the tree just sparkles along with the star. I just went over to that link and see you used Sea Salt and that result looks exactly like the frost on the windows. It is stunning.
You can keep your salted Winter skies coming as long as you want as far as I'm concerned Bonnie...they are GORGEOUS!! Love the 2nd one with the touch of pink among the blue too...SOOOOOO pretty! Lovely, lovely cards my friend!! :0)
BEAUTIFUL and the background is beautiful a lovely "frosty" effect.
