CAS Blues

I have a confession to make.

I have no idea what this stamp is from.

The image was in my UFO box.

I remember coloring it with Blendabilities

a long time ago.

I can't for the life of me remember where it came from

and I can't find it in my collection.

But it's blue so I'm entering it over at

and

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog
TRIO OF COLORS
I used Blendabilities blue, green and yellow to color these flowers.

I hope you're not as confused as I am.

Thanks for stopping by.

Enjoy!

Blended Blooms

When Stampin' Up! released the Blendabilites, I did a bunch of these Blended Blooms.

They ended up in the UFO (UnFinished Objects) box.

A couple of them have found a home.

I broke out the Lovely Lace Embossing Folder.

I cut some off for the first card and used the left over for the second.

Since I used markers (Blendabilities), I can take this to
MAKE YOUR MARK

ADD A LITTLE TEXTURE
There's embossing on both cards and ribbon on the first.

Thanks for the visit.

Enjoy!

Bloom with Hope for Fall

I'm busily preparing for a Christmas Stamp Stack
but I wanted to share this little flower.

The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored
with the Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Blendabilities.

The Spellbinder ovals were a birthday present.
Aren't they pretty?
I love how one fits so perfectly into the other.

The sassy bow was going to go at the bottom of the flower
but a smudge changed my mind.
LOL, I hope you don't mind asymmetrical placement!

It seems like I do a lot more smudges lately!

has a CAS challenge this week.

says Anything Goes

is honoring Brenda (aka tessaduck)
This is the card I CASEd.

That's all for today.  I need to finish setting up.

Here's a peek at the Stamp Stack cards.

One of these cards is a CASE of this card by Sue Joyce.

I'm glad you could stop by.

Enjoy!

I Like You

My computer is finally back to normal thanks to Sean at the Geek Squad.

It's amazing that we ever got along without computers.
It was a struggle to go a few days without one!

I think I'm nearly caught up and wanted to share some things I've been working on.

Here's one...

I've been enjoying my Blendabilities and this Hostess set is perfect for coloring with them.

is looking for holiday cards.
This will be sent for Thanksgiving.

Addicted to Stamps and More!

Since this is the first time these flowers have been inked,
I'm off to join
celebrating her 600th follower.
She's gone beyond 600 and is well on her way to 700.
She has awesome prizes but I think most of us would participate
just because we love her.

Never-Before-Used-Schtuff (Stamps, Dies, EFs, etc.)

I've used option #4 - None of the Above

Rock the Technique
I'm hoping using Alcohol Markers is considered a technique.

Forever Florals Mambo

I'm still enjoying the Forever Florals set.

There are so many pretty flowers in this set
and they are perfect for coloring
with the Blendabilities.

I used the Melon Mambo set to color this flower.

Then I masked it and stamped
with leaves from the retired Peaceful Petals set.
The leaves were colored the the Medium and Light Old Olive Blendies.

has the code word
Having beautiful flowers to enjoy is a luxury.
And this flower would bring hummingbirds
that are a delight to watch.

where we're celebrating their birthday
and need to  use a stamp (stamps) on a card.
These stamps are rubber.

Peaceful Petals Blended for Kylie

I've been playing with my Blendabilities again.

I used the Daffodil Delight set.

I think this is my favorite color set so far.

And I want to wish Kylie a very happy birthday!

Loll has a Birthday Celebration going on for her.
I hope you'll go over with a card and give her some birthday love.

One of Kylie's challenges is

This week's challenge is
MAKE YOUR MARK
you can use any kind of pens, pencils, paints or chalks.
Perhaps you can make you mark by sponging or even sewing?
The choice is yours!

I used the Blendabilities which are
Stampin' Up!'s new alcohol markers.

I'm so glad you could stop by.

Enjoy!

Blended Bloom for My Friend

This is the first Blended Bloom I did.

I finally got it on a card.

I used the Rich Razzleberry set of Blendabilities.

I really like them for coloring and the rich look they have.

But when I set it aside and proceeded to do one
with the Daffodil set, I got splatters all over this one.

It was easy enough to fix by adding some more dots.

I've learned to take the tops off away from any work
and to leave the tops loose until I'm finished.

I can't wait until Stampin' Up! releases more colors.
And until they release these colors to the public.

is You've Gotta  Have Friends.
I'm blessed with many and one
will get this card.

And speaking of friends,
Darnell is still holding her

Never-Before-Used-Schtuff (Stamps, Dies, EFs, etc.)

and since this was the first time I used
this stamp and the Blendabilities
and I have the added feature of being for a friend,
I'm going to enter this challenge for the 3rd time.

If  you have never visited Darnell's blog,
be sure you do.  She has a delightful way with words
(or non-words as is often the case),
and is always very positive and upbeat.
I always leave her blog with a smile on my face
and often with a few giggles too.

I hope you'll click on the links and check out these challenges.

Thanks for the visit.

Enjoy!

Botanical Florals

A couple of months ago when I was having a
Stamp and Share with friends,
I stamped these images.

I ran across them the other day and thought
to color them with the upcoming
Stampin' Up! Blendabilities.

I used the Rich Razzleberry set for the iris....

and the Daffodil Delight set for the tulips.

These are alcohol markers and unlike the Copics
they have a small brush end and a smaller brush end.

And they have a square barrel and don't roll away.

They'll be available for ordering soon.

Thanks for the visit.

Enjoy!
