I hope you are well and being careful when and if you go out.
Kathy Racoosin is hosting another of her
I loved the technique she showed for the first day.
She calls it Print Making. I call it creative genius!
Here is what I did with it.
I die cut the flowers and leaves from cold press watercolor paper
and colored them on top of another piece of
watercolor paper.
As I colored and spritzed the die cuts, some of the color transferred
to that piece of paper. I also pressed the wet watercolored die cuts into the paper
a few times. It makes a perfectly coordinated background that I love!
I did another while I was at it....
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

What a fabulous technique, which is so unique, so artsy, so wispy and absolutely beautiful....on both of your wonderful cards Bonnie x.
I am definitely going to try this Bonnie! You have made such beautiful cards! x
Wasn't Kathy's video great?! I couldn't believe it when she turned her desktop cover sheet into her background! Yours looks amazing too, Bonnie, and I love the delicate die cut flowers atop!!
Love both of them. Watched the video, but haven’t tried it yet. Jan
What a cool technique and BEAUTIFUL cards Bonnie! Thanks for sharing the link...just finished watching and can't wait to try this out! Hugs. :0)
Two very beautifully coloured die cut flowers Bonnie, and a great idea to actually colour and spritz it so that the colour and some of the shapes have transferred to the backgrounds. I think my favourite background is the first as it is a bit stronger in colour, but the second has a softer tone to it but does have that very pretty dry embossed curved stitched die giving a pattern across the card. x
two amazing cards Bonnie, the soft images on your background are stunning and wow, awesome job colouring the flowers :)
Wow do I love this! You are so right! I never could get that beautiful watercolor background around an image but this is just perfect and looks SO beautiful! Thanks for sharing this wonderful technique. Now if I ever learn to watercolor I know I’m going to try this! Both cards are fabulous, Bonnie!
I watched Kathy's video, Bonnie! You've nailed this technique - just beautifully!

Some like it hot, hot, hot! Beautifully done Bonnie - the purple one caught my breath!

WOW! LOVE this technique. Your cards look AMAZING, Bonnie! This makes a huge impact on the background! xx
Super cool--both cards! Guess I better check out Kathy's post!
Loved this technique when I saw it, too! Will be using it in an upcoming MB DT post. 😉
Your cards are gorgeous! I would be lucky if mine turns out half as good as yours.
Fun technique that results in two beautiful cards! Love that the backgrounds match so perfectly
Exquisite cards Bonnie - loving those backgrounds!
Stay safe
Blessings
Maxine
They're amazing!! I love them both and such subtle backgrounds with beautiful colours!
I watched the video and love both of your cards. What a amazing way to make a background, so soft and pretty. Your flowers are lovely too.
OMG, these are absolutely stunning, Bonnie! I watched Kathy's video, but I don't think I can make the background as naturally beautiful as you did. I took out the MFT flower silhouette stamp set after seeing your card in the morning, but now I want to take out the TH wild flower die set! So inspiring!!
Hideko xx
Oh my word, I'll have to look up that technique! Your cards are utterly show stopping. Wowie, wow, Bonnie! We went for a drive, but otherwise stayed home yesterday. The neighborhood had a LOT of fireworks!
Two gorgeous artsy cards using the new technique, Bonnie. I saw Lolly card too and watched the video. You have started a technique, my friend. I will definitely be trying. I loved how your background turned out and your beautiful watercolored die cut flower on both your cards. Thank you so much for Sharing. Love and Hugs...Nancy
I just love these and the wonderful background that you end up with. I am going to have to give it a go xx
These are your next brilliant cards! This technique is amazing and your cards look stunning. I love how the colors gently penetrate the background creating delicate afterimages, they look so beautiful in combination with your beautiful flowers.
Hugs,
BożenA
These velvety flowers are so dreamy and those backgrounds are impressive and the perfect backdrop. Love the idea of pressing the imprint of your blooms onto the card base, so creative.
These are amazing, Bonnie, I checked out the video, LOVE what you did with yours and the colors...just gorgeous my friend!
