Halloween Fun

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

When Michele came, she brought a her Betterpress plates and I pressed and pressed.

I pulled one out and brushed ink in the colors of the Just Us Girls challenge for this week
(chartreuse, light blue, gray). Actually adding the ink turned the black writing gray.
But for good measure I added gray ink around the edges.

I thought the witches hat and spiders would make this even more fun, especially
with the sparkle and being popped up on dimensionals.

Challenges:
Just Us Girls #747 - Color Week (Citron, Light Blue, Gray)
Memory Box #112 - Happy Haunting (Spiders and Witches Hat are Memory Box dies)

Card Recipe
Stamps:  BP Pumpkins and Ghosts (SB)
Ink:   BP Black, Twisted Citron, Tumbled Glass (DOX), Morning Mist (VFC)
Paper:   BP Porcelain, Black, Black Glimmer
Other:  Dangling Spider die (MB), Large Layered Witches Hat (MB)

Enjoy!

That Betterpress background inked in our colors is fantastic, Bonnie, and the sparkly hat and spiders were the perfect additions to it. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Just Us Girls.

I love how you've added color to this piece, Bonnie! Funny that the ink reacted as it was surely dry enough by now - could it be the Oxides? LOve the extra spookiness of the spiders and that hat - I wear one quite like it! Ha!

Honey, you are the Queen of Halloween and us witches have to fly together. You know what they say, if the broom fits - fly it!!

What would we do without Michele who shares all her goodies?! I've seen this background before, but didn't realize it was a betterpress plate, and I love it with the added color, spiders, and awesome witch's hat! Really cool Halloween card Bonnie!! Hugs. :0)

Wowie, that's a fabulous background for the glittery, fun and not too spooky Halloween dies! Those spiders -- eeek -- but in a good way!

Love this Halloween card, Bonnie. I do love Halloween! That is odd the ink changed colors on there but it gave it more spookiness for sure.
