Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I'm still enjoying this pumpkin die.
This time I cut it from orange cardstock and sponged and darker orange ink on the edges.
The leaves are even cut from the orange.
The background was embossed and (mis)stamped. The pumpkin was a good
way to cover that up.
Challenges:
Can You Handle the Pressure - Dry embossing using the option of a sentiment
Darnell's I.D.E.A.S. - Inky week (the pumpkin as well as my fingers)
Tic Tac Toe - Middle Column (Orange, Embossing, Fruit) (pumpkin is a fruit)
Card Recipe
Stamps: Perfect Pairs Essentials (PTI)
Ink: Tangerine Tango, Old Olive, Soft Suede
Paper: Neenah Natural, Pumpkin Pie
Other: Into the Blooms Pumpkins dies (PTI), Autumn Serenade EF (SB), Thankful die (CP), Linen Thread (SU)

Such a cute pumpkin, Bonnie! One would never know it was part of the 'great cover up!'

CAS and oh so pretty Bonnie! I love that you used orange cardstock for the leaves and then colored them up...they look amazing! And great way to cover up the boo-boo with the pumpkin! Loving that embossed background too! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Hugs. :0)
Your pumpkin is every bit as wonderful as the ones I saw for sale yesterday, Bonnie. Great job inking the orange for both the pumpkin and the leaves.
Fabulous pumpkin atop the embossing, Bonnie!! If you'd like another tic-tac-toe challenge, add your card here (you used the left diagonal)

It's good when we can cover up the boo boos and you've done it in such a cute way!
Great card. I am glad you found a solution to your little error xx
Fabulous pumpkin - it really looks three dimensional. Good way to cover up your mistake on the background!
Sweet pumpkin Bonnie. Love it with the texture leaf background. Great Fall card! xx
This is another wonderful pumpkin Bonnie, and love the use of the orange card with added colour on the pumpkin itself and the leaves, and the background EF is really pretty, and love the large bold sentiment with the added stamped words which finishes it perfectly. x
Gorgeous pumpkin--you cannot go wrong with that die set! Love the intense color! A beautiful card all round!
You're getting some mileage out of that pumpkin and that's as it should be. I love it every time! Very cool idea to cut the leaves from the same orange and then add the green. Just enough orange shows to take the leaves to the next level. The embossed background looks great with it, and there's not a mis-stamped flaw in sight!
Oh My:-) Your Cute Pumpkin made the perfect cover up. Bonnie:-) Thank you so much for sharing, dear friend:-) Love and Hugs...Nancy
Love that big pumpkin and a great way to cover up a boo-boo. You would never know the leaves were cut from orange and colored - very creative. Great card.
I love the way you color and sponge your die cuts making them appear so dimensional. What a cool pumpkin die. Great background embossing folder too.
Awesome card Bonnie! Thank you for playing the TTTC with us :)
Lovely card, Bonnie! The embossed background is such a pretty detail. Thanks for sharing it at the Tic Tac Toe challenge.
So gorgeous! The colouring of the die-cuts is perfect and a pretty embossed background!
Nice! A wonderful pumpkin atop your beautiful fall embossed background
Beautiful fall pumpkin ♥
Beautiful warm inky pumpkin, Bon, and I love the color of the leaves, too! You used a perfect e/f and added even more interest with the bottom shading to ground the gourd. Thank you for playing with my inky IDEAS this week! Hugs, Dolly
A beautiful card of gratitude. Perfect autumn colors.
Hugs,
Bożena
