I'm so excited to be a Guest Designer at Loll's Twelve Tags of Christmas this year!
Today is the opening day and each day Loll will delight you with a tag and
has many Guest Designers for added inspiration.
I stamped and embossed this sweet little tree on a tag cut from watercolor paper.
To color, I wet the inside and dropped re-inker on the water and moved the
color around with an Aqua Painter (waterbrush).
The background tag is a piece marbled with shaving cream and alcohol inks (Pool & Clover).
I added a bit more pizzazz by dipping the edges of the largest tag in the
silver ink pad and heat embossing with silver EP.
The tree is trimmed with some stickers and a little star gem.
I hope you'll be inspired to make a mixed media tag and
share it at Loll's (Stamping with Loll).
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

Gorgeous tag, my friend! Love aqua, red and white colour combination. Sweet tree, and perfect with the embossing and watercolouring. Your large, marbled tag background is so pretty. Great design feature with adding embossing around the edges. Thanks so much for being my Guest Designer again this year for the Twelve Tags of Christmas event! xx

Love your layered tag, Bonnie! Gorgeous shaving foam background, and I love how the silver string echoes the edging on the tags :)
Fabulous tag, Bonnie. Love the marbled background - a perfect match for your sweet tree with its red ornaments and silver star. And I really like the multi-looped bow.
Super nice and simple tag Bonnie really pretty colours, and love that you used the old shaving cream technique - I have loads so I must check out the colours.

Bonnie, as I took a second look at your tag I'm AMAZED at the perfect amount of silver you managed around the edges! It's so neatly done it looks like a gilding pen! Love the clean design and that cute tree. Also strange, no notification of the post. Gorgeous!

I love that tree, Bonnie, and all the layers that accompany it. I'm going to have to do some marbling again. ;)
Very pretty! Silver in two places, contrasting greens... love it!
I saw this stunning tag in two places already: on Facebook and then on Lolly's blog and now, for the third time, I get to be blown away by it! That tree is incredible and wow, what a delightful way you have showcased it, Bonnie!! Hugs, Darnell
This tag definitely has Pizzazz! The layering design is just so pretty, and I love, love, love this tree. The marbled background looks so pretty with the other elements, and brilliant idea to edge with the slight silver as you've done. Terrific! TFS
