Shades of Orange

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by?

How are you doing?  I hope you're well and enjoying some creativity.

Another card using a Power Poppy digital image.
There's still a fantastic sale going on there.
This particular image is from a free digital.  I find these gerbera daisies
great for practice.

I didn't keep track of the colors this time.  Sorry about that.
The colored image sat on my table awaiting a home and unfortunately
ended up with some splatter from something else.

You'd think I'd remember to move things out of the way.
Especially when I'm splattering!

Nothing to do but add some more splatter and then
some white dots with a gel pen to draw the eye to the flower.

I'm using the sketch that Julie Koerbor brought out for the
Power Poppy Creative Confetti Challenge.
I love this sketch but needed to turn it on it's side for this image
to get the angle of the flower right.

Challenge:

Take Care!

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

Striking looking card! I like the look of how you turned the sketch around and as always, your amazing coloring. The splatters look like they were meant to be. You are very talented, my friend.

The orange flower is so bright and pretty Bonnie and I love the spattering in the background and the white across the flower, and a sweet sentiment too. x

Love you have used a digital image Bonnie, it is so beautiful and what you have done is really show it off with great aplomb. (Where did that word come from out of my brain) Good one for this card though. Love it.
Keep safe and well

For someone who is practicing with copics you sure mastered it! This is so beautifully colored, Bonnie with such perfect blending. Love the spatters too. Got a chuckle out you spattering things that were not intended for spatter but what a fine splatter you achieved. It's the perfect touch to finish off this beautiful card.

Gerberas are wonderful - such great cut flowers, though I've never had much success growing them. Fabulous use of your copics! Love the happy orange - makes me cheerful just looking at it.
