Orange and Green for Color Hues

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

Time for another challenge at Color Hues.

This time the challenge is brought to us by my talented friend Karen.
She chose.....

I finally got those NBUS poppies cut and colored!

I die cut them from mixed media paper and used Distress Re-inkers as watercolor
and used some of the diluted Marmalade re-inker in the background.

Now let's go over to Color Hues and see what the my talented friends and our
fantastic Guest Designe Lisa K. have done to inspire you.

I hope you'll create a card using Yellow & Green and add it to the gallery at
Color Hues.

Please only use hues of these two colors. Neutrals are welcome.
Challenge ends at 9:00 AM on September 14th.

The winners will be posted an hour before our next challenge and the overall
winner will have the opportunity to be a future Guest Designer.

Most importantly, just have fun!

Challenges:
Color Hues #117 - Orange & Green
NBUS #78 - Never Before Used Schtuff

Who needs coffee when you can have a burst of bright - I can't think of a better way to start my day. Bright and beautifully colored. I can't help but wonder how big your Never Before Used box is. Wait a minute - this is like the pot calling the kettle black! I have a whole craft room of Never Before Used Schtuff!!

The yellow/orange poppies really pop against the white Pierced Blanket die cut background, and I love the little touches of yellow there too. A beautiful card Bonnie. x

Your orange poppies remind me of the Welsh poppies that grow in the hedgrows on the way into town, so pretty and delicate. :)
