Tweet Christmas Wishes

Hi there.

I've still got some tags to share for
Loll's Twelve Tags of Christmas with Loll and Friends

This one is one of my favorites

Using stamping, watercolor, die cuts, fussy cutting and marker coloring

A while back I took a whole sheet of  watercolor paper and randomly stamped
with this Penny Black leaf stamp using green ink.

Then I spritzed the whole piece and let the colors run.

The tweet wittle bird was colored with markers.

and a twofer

Using stamping, sponging, marker coloring, dry embossing
This tag won Honourable Mention

I found these snowmen waiting for their wardrobes to be colored.

I kind of like the horizontal placement for a tag.

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

I love both your tags Bonnie! The orientation on the snowman is unique and love that. What an incredible job you did on the background of that adorable bird! You work wonders with watercolor, something I am still trying to make friends with. Fabulous tabs!

These tags are just fabulous Bonnie! I love the first one, the leaves and that little birdie-so cute. I love the snowmen one too and they work so well going horizontal on the tag-just so stinkin' cute. Now I gotta go check out the tags at Loll's. Just asked Nancy when the tag event was and looks like I missed it. Nothing new there, I've missed a lot! lol Hugs, Brenda

Oooooh...I love your sweet little birdie tag! Those PB birds are just so cute and definitely classics...I still use mine a LOT! And the background with the leaves is wonderful...love it! I really like your snowman tag too...I have that stamp set somewhere, but it's been ages since it's been colored up! Think I need to go find it! And I love the long way you did the tag too...fun, FUN!! :0)

Both tags are cute. The bird and the watercolored background with the leaves is fantastic. Those snowmen were probably very happy to get properly adorned. Very cute. [Bunny]

These two tags are adorable, particularly the tweet wittle bird one....just so precious. I "borrowed" your idea of pulling out all tag appropriate stuff and going from there...makes it easier and faster to make them.

Both of these are so cute. I love the sweet bird all ready for Christmas in his Santa hat and that snowman tangled in lights is so fun! I like the tag turned on it's side. Gives you a little more room.

Love your watercolor spritzed technique, Bonnie for your leaf background. Great idea to make an entire sheet for future projects. Your tweetie bird is so cute and beautifully colored sitting on the die cut branch.

TFS your 2nd sweet snowmen..family tag too. I like horizontal tags too. TFS both your wonderful and creative tags my friend. Hugs

Two fabulous tags, especially the first one as I'm in love with the sweet little - only bought that stamp set for the birds, though I did use the cat recently! Love your idea of making a whole sheet of watercoloured background that you can then cut up.

That bird is as tweet as can be Bonnie. Simple background and love the string which fits perfectly with the theme.
I too love the orientation of the happy little snowmen. Looks great with the embossed background and red accents.

How you did those fabulous leaves is a great idea, Bon-Bon! I love that tweet bird! I also love your horizontal snowmen! I like that placement, but never think to do mine that way. Happy Thanksgiving if I'm not back before!! Hugs, Dolly

I love these tags, Bonnie! The leaf stamped background is so beautiful and the bird is so pretty and beautifully colored. The snowman tag makes me smile. The embossed back panel is a great contrast to the smooth snow front panel. Hideko xx
