There's just a little bit of bling on this card, but I think the embossing adds some shimmer and shine too. Maybe you can see it better here...
The Baroque flourishes are stamped in VersaMark and heat embossed with silver. The ornament is stamped in VersaMark and heat embossed with Cherry Cobbler.

That wonderful flourish looks wonderful in silver Bonnie and the rhinestone over the 'o' in Joy is a great touch on your ornament.
It's really difficult to get a good photo of the shine and sparkle on a card. I love how you've used the big flourish stamp. I have that and have only used it once! Beautiful card!
