Merry Monday Christmas White

Merry Monday is dreaming
of a White Christmas this week.

Our talented Kristie chose this week's challenge.
One of my favorites!

I pulled out the Timeless Rectangle Nestabilities
that I'd used a couple of weeks ago.

This time I used all but the smallest of the rectangles.

I cut 2 of the largest and scored one about 1/8" below the dots
and glued the two together at the top.

The sentiment is from Come to Bethlehem.
I cut the Merry and Christmas apart
and stacked them.

I've sponged some Frost White Shimmer paint on the poinsettia.
The photo doesn't show the shimmer very well but it's there.

The bow is crochet cotton dragged through Gesso
and left to dry.  I love how it holds it's shape.
Glue dots hold it in place behind the flower.

I can't wait to see what you come up with
for the White on White challenge at
 Merry Monday!

I'm so glad you could stop by.

Enjoy!

Hi Bonnie! You've made a really lovely layered card this week! I like that all the layers are similarly intricate, but not necessarily the same pattern. :)

Just stunning Bonnie. Love this. I always fear getting a teeny tiny bit of ink on a wow card if I tried! Even if I haven't used ink for weeks!
