It's been so nice to get some stamping time.
When I saw the current challenge for Addicted to CAS
I nearly choked!
Math was never one of my strengths and I've spent
the last 50 years several years forgetting
just about everything I ever learned in Geometry!
The Design Team helped.
Geometry is shapes.
I hadn't forgotten that.
Then I saw this card by Elizabeth
who is the Queen this week at SCS,
and an idea was born.
I had this NBUS (Never Before Used Schtuff a la Darnell)
Six Sided Sampler set sitting in my need to use box.
I thought that hexagon would look great in a square.
And putting it on a rectangular card gave me 3 shapes.
And that's about all the Geometry I can handle!
is ANYTHING GOES
so I'm heading over there.
I hope you've found some creative time today.
I'm glad you could stop by.
Enjoy!

Now this is a stamp set I've used once ever, I think. What a cute CAS way to use it. I'm not big on geometry either, Bonnie!
I think that little flower inside is adorable..you do pretty good with your geometry after all!
Oh I just love this Bonnie! The pop of color against the white is beautiful!
I absolutely detest math. Maybe thats why I've never bought this stamp set, it's a subconscious thing LOL
Oh gosh, I don't remember too much about geometry either - but I do love your card! The hexagon looks great with the squares. Fantastic card.

You amaze me. This is a spectacular CAS card. The square with the stitching set the stage and the blue hex gingham finished it off. Excellent. - Jim
You nailed the geometric challenge Bonnie-no math skills required-'cause you have the craft skills
Oh, my, Bonnie, your Geometry teacher would be SO proud of you! I loved your delicious layering of hexas and squares and rectangles, but the thing that made me swoon was the sweet hello sediment perched perfectly with a butterfly hat!! And, hey, I just reallyized that inside your hexagon are more squares!! You ACED this one!! Hugs, Darnell
Oh wow now that's a perfectly CAS geometry ! Love the stitched frames too :) thank you for sharing with ATCAS !

this is the way to deal with Geometry! I do love the little stitched dies and the CAS design is perfect. Thanks for joining us at ATCAS x
This is simply beautiful...with the clean shapes(of course those Lil Inker stitched dies) and that b&white gingham hexagon as you've placed it. Reminds me of a cozy ole worn quilt that would keep one warm on a cold Carolina night. Love this one a lot. TFS & Hugs
Great card and one I will CASE.
I love gingham and I love your card!
