My good friend Peggy sent me a Christmas card using this cardinal.
Of course I had to find one.
Fortunately it was before Christmas so I could ask Santa for it.
Santa delivers!
It was a bit fiddly to put it together, but well worth the effort.
I'll enter this at
Something New
and
Something New
(Isn't it nice that they are both the same?)
and
I used snippets of cardstock for the die cuts
I'm so glad you could stop by.
Enjoy!

Wow, love your design and the stunning cardinal! I haven't seen before a Cardinal die. The embossing it's so classy with the free space in the centre!
What a lovely card this is. Your cardinal is super. I can understand why you put him on you list for santa. Barbx

Gorgeous card! I can see why you had to find that cardinal. I love seeing them at my bird feeder. They are the most nervous birds and move so quick. They love it when I feed them left over cat food.
Very classy card, love the cardinal and the embossing.

I love cardinals and this one is very realistic, Bonnie. And there's that signature embossing with him. ;)
So gorgeous! Isn't this the state bird? Such a pretty bird and quite feisty too. Many a male would fight himself because of his reflection in one of our windows.
