Wonderland for Merry Monday

Kristie (Kreative Kristie) is our hostess this week.

I really like the way this turned out.

And you know I'm not much on messy chalkboards!

I stamped and heat embossed the (NBUS) trees and sentiment,
stamped some snowflakes with Craft White ink and
added some smears with a sponge dauber dipped in the ink.

Do check out the awesome samples from the rest of the Design Team.

We'd love to see your chalkboard Christmas cards in the gallery at

So glad you stopped by.

Enjoy!

This is very pretty--a great silent night scene. I'm with you about chalkboards, plus I'm allergic to chalk. I'm going to give this challenge a whirl though so no actual chalk is used.

Your beautiful card has such a quiet and peaceful feel to it -- you know, big flakes of snow falling softly to the ground is the quietest quiet I have ever heard!

Perfect chalkboard in my eyes as it is not too smeary (is that a word?)! Lovely peaceful night scene!
