Falalalala

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

I recently got the Snow Notes dies and I've been having a lot of fun putting these
guys and gals together.  Christmas carols are probably my favorite part of the holidays.

This guy wanted to play at Freshly Made Sketches 700th challenge.
700 is a LOT of sketches!

They pulled out sketch 14 to play with this time.

I don't usually do square cards but sometimes I like to make a square out of a
rectangle.  Kind of like this....

I've just started playing at Freshly Made Sketches but I see that I had played there
years ago.  I don't know why I stopped.  Probably had other things going on.

Since the team and several of my friends have shared the first card they had done
for this challenge, here's mine from March 4, 2012 .....

Challenges:
Freshly Made Sketches #700 - Sketch above and below
Love Those Pretty Papers - Used Patterned Paper
NBUS #77 - Never Before Used Schtuff - Snowman Die

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Mixed Christmas Sentiments (HLS OOB)
Ink:   Real Red
Paper:  Neenah Solar White, PP (ret SU)
Other:  The Snow Notes dies (SB), Snowflake EF (MS), Stitched Circle die (SSS), Sing Joy (PB)

Enjoy!

That was a clever way to make your card design square on a rectangle panel, Bonnie. Love your singing snowman. I cut some of Michele's but forgot to cut the book. I guess my guys know the words by heart. ; )

I love the tartan background cut into squares and the fun singing snowman over the top Bonnie, with a great complementary sentiment and fun added die cut notes, and the snowflake design works brilliantly down the side. x

I can hear his sweet melody from here, Bonnie! I'll bet he really enjoyed being used on such a milestone Birthday for FMS -- he's so adorable, and I love the square aspect of your rectangular card!

Adorable card Bonnie. LOVE those Snow Notes, especially paired with your plaid background. Great card design with the embossed margin and opening of the square design. To creative and fun ... just like the card! xx
