More Nordic Birds

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

No Challenges today.  Just cards done for fun (and the Christmas stash).

This time I used the smaller bird from the set.

I've framed him up with some Nordic frames.

Next up is using the larger bird  reversing the red and white.

For a bit of change, on a blue background...

This time I've used my Rosemaling embossing folder and swiped over the
raised parts with white ink.  I perched the bird on a couple of snowy branches.

I have had so much fun with these birds!  They aren't just for Christmas either.
I think you'll be seeing them in other seasons too.

A gorgeous trio of Christmas tweets, Bonnie! As much as I love your red, these white doves are just wonderful in all of their beautiful settings!

Sweet and beautiful, your birds are definitely the center of attention! I love the white on blue, but really all of them are just gorgeous designs -- can't wait to see them again

I really like the framing on your first card - also the traditional Christmas colors. It's really fun to study your cards Bonnie.
And I really do like the pattern on the bellies of your birds. Beautiful embossed background too. Merry, merry - is it too soon to say Merry Christmas?

Those birds are fantastic as the centerpiece of all your cards, Bonnie. A little tweak here and there and you can make multiples just different enough to keep it interesting.

As usual, I'm behind on visiting but I scrolled back and love every one of your bird cards, Bonnie. I love how you combine the frames, embossing folders and birds for such unique cards. The Holly Sprig is so pretty and in solidarity I have to say I never know which end is up almost every day.
