Whirl Wreaths

Hello my friends.

Are things slowing down for you yet?

I posted another card using this wreath but I wanted to try it with a more elegant look.

I used some foil from my stash.

The camera hates it, but I love it!

Both cards a pretty simple and quick one you get the wreath popped out.

I used the first row down: stamping, die cut, red

and these qualify for CAS Mix Up
I've used stamping, heat embossing and die cuts on the first card.

I've used stamping, heat embossing, die cuts and Inka Gold smoosh on the second card.

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Stamps (PB)
Ink:   Encore Gold
Paper:   Thick Vanilla, Very Vanilla (SU), Gold, Red and Green Foil ($ store)
Other:  Whirl Wreath (PB), Gold EP, Stiched Squares (SSS), Inka Gold (card 2)

Both of these are so pretty and elegant Bonnie! I know what you mean about the camera hating foil, but I think you did a great job photographing them! Thanks so much for sharing with us at Merry Monday and I hope you and your family have a wonderful and blessed Christmas!! :0)

Two gorgeous cards, Bonnie, the wreath die cut is lovely. I know what you mean about the camera disliking shiny things, I had the same problem with a card I made yesterday. xx

Beautiful cards. Love both of them. The first one is very elegant with the gold foil and the second with the green foil and smooshed background is lovely. Thanks for sharing with us at Merry Monday.

Love both versions! One very elegant, the other a bit more rustic. I know what you mean about the foil being hard to photograph!

Both cards are so beautiful! Love the foil wreaths, and checked back to see your other one (still trying to catch up on visits!). All of the cards with this die are so pretty. It's amazing how different they look by just switching of the papers. xx

Are things slowing down?! No way! I just realized the Christmas is THIS MONDAY. Where the heck did that thing come from? I love this shiny whirligig wreath going around in a circle, which is how I feel.

These are both so beautiful and your photography is spot on, catching the sheen just beautifully! Love the foiled paper you chose for them and the background on your second card is gorgeous. Slow down yet? Not sure if I slowed down or just quit and went to the craft room :)
