I hope this brightens your day.
Today's card uses a beautiful, elegant die cut from Penny Black.
In fact it's named Elegance.
It's so easy to watercolor die cuts!
I cut the flower from Mixed Media paper and added watercolor using
ink smooshed into the lids of the inkpads adding more color until I was happy with it.
I cheated on the splatters and stamped them with an old wood mount stamp.
A few scored lines on that background and a sentiment finished the base.
ANYTHING GOES
optional Easter or Chocolate
(I ate the chocolate, yum)
also
I'm seeing pink flowers.
Enjoy!

Very pretty!
What a lovely, lacy die cut, Bonnie. The scoring frames the flower beautifully. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Just Us Girls.
Wow! Beautiful! Perfect name Elegance!
This bright happy color is just like some tulips we have had come up. I love this flower shape, and what a wonderful smoosh of color you managed. The spatters are super too (and I need this stamp!) and the little trims and embellies you've added - just made for a beautiful card that lives up to the name 'elegance'. TFS & Hugs. Happy Easter.
So clever with the splatters :) mine some times turn out like big puddles on the paper. Love the watercoloured flower, so perfect for spring.
What a beautiful card Bonnie - love how you have kept the background so discreet so the die cut can shine so beautifully.
Blessings

CAS perfection Bonnie and the name of the stamp is perfect too...love it!! And the cheating splatters too!! :0)
I love the effect you achieved with the watercolor on that die cut, it's absolutely stunning! Beautiful design and I love the added little dots. Thanks for playing along with us at JUGS!
Ahhh, what an elegant card (!) Like the scoring touch and the easy peasy stamped splatters.
That beautiful die is so appropriately named, Bonnie. Love what you did with this. You also have such a knack for finding these gorgeous dies! I too like to cheat on the spatter. It's the perfect final touch on this card!
Elegant and beautifully watercoloured. I find splatters tricky, and you are so lucky you have a stamp. Lovely card with a great CAS design. xx
Ooooh, that IS the definition of elegance and so beautifully colored, Bon-Bon! I don't think you are cheating to use your wooden dot stamp cuz if you are, then I am, too! I love the addition of the subtle score lines! Hugs, Dolly
Elegant it certainly is.

Ooo! I recognize that flower! Love it in pink! Course I'm partial to pink. You always inspire my friend! Hugs!
Beautiful Elegant watercolored die cut flower, Bonnie. I love how you used the red strips to frame your flower and buds. Your card would brighten anyone's Birthday. TFS Hugs.
I had to laugh when you said it's so easy to watercolour die cuts! I actually struggle with that and would far rather watercolour a stamped image! Love your pretty and elegant flower die. Great details with the scored lines and the simple stamped gold splatter.
Wonderful Bonnie! I think your middle name "elegance"!
Sandy xx
