I have a confession to make.
I wasn't going to buy anything else to use for Christmas until I used ALL my
NBUS Christmas stash. But Michele got to me with the second and third
of these cards.
So I wouldn't feel too bad about my over buying addiction, I made
this into a birthday card instead of Christmas. It's for a very special person so it's
larger than normal.
I cut everything from Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored with Copics.
It was a challenge getting the pieces all together right, but oh what wonderful
dimension they have. Totally worth it!
I used a sentiment that had been foiled with a Betterpress plate and my
Glimmer Machine.
Now I have a request. My friend Marge is celebrating her 90th birthday
on December 23rd. We would love for her to get 90 birthday cards.

You are an angel sent to earth to make wonderful cards for friends and family. This card is absolutely gorgeous. The whole card is perfection. I love the embossed background. Your coloring (painting) looks so beautiful. I found using Copics quite difficult so I finally gave up. And I think of all the colors, red is the hardest one to use. This card is going to stay on my computer for a good while so I can study it.

Amazing colouring on the amaryllis! I have never mastered Copics. Like you, I'm trying to use all my Christmas supplies before buying anything new but it's hard when you see people using lovely new things.

Your gorgeous amaryllis pot will make a lovely December birthday card! I'm afraid Michele has pushed me over the edge a time or two as well. As have you, and many other friendly enablers.
