I've been having fun with a NBUS embossing folder.
I kept to a simple color pattern for this valentine adding a primitive heart
and a Cheery Lynn fern. The tiny gems add just a bit of bling.
Next up....
This time I embossed some Cotton Candy cardstock and patted over the embossing
with a white pigment ink pad. You can really see that lovely snowflake design.
I added a white Glimmer bow and love die cut and butterfly cut from Rose Glimmer.
Last but not least....
Along the same lines, I made a card for friends planning a Valentine Wedding.
The bride has chosen royal blue and silver for the wedding colors.
It's a large embossing folder and I made this card 5 x 7 so I could use the whole thing.
The heart was cut from an older die and backed with vellum. The bow and
sentiment were cut from blue foil.

You have been busy -- Are we supposed to vote on our favorite? I have always loved red and white cards. This time I have to go with that beautiful blue bow - Oh boy do I ever love that card. Makes me sorry I'm not getting married!!

All three cards are wonderful, Bonnie. You showed us how you can change up that folder for the occasion whether it be a valentine, a wedding card or whatever else your creative heart desires.
Seeing all that white outside one's window can really impact your design choices, can't it? Ha! Bonnie, I adore all this gorgeous white - and the pink is very pretty too with its touch of glimmer!

Your cards are just beautiful. I love the white cards with a splash of color the most because of the sharpness of detail, but the pink background is gorgeous with a feminine twist because of the background color.

Your traditional red and white cards are beautiful with the shortbread embossing but that BLUE card is stunning right down to the gorgeous bow!

WOW! Three gorgeous card versions, made from a single EF. Each has a different addition, creating completely different designs. I love all three versions, and I'm sure three people will be thrilled to receive them as a token of your love, Bonnie.

Love that shortbread shapes EF! What a gorgeous background! All three variations are beautiful but of course I'm really drawn to the blue and white one!
I love shortbread and I love the shortbread shapes with the pretty snowflake design on this wonderful EF Bonnie. The swirlty bow and 'love' die cut used on two of them are perfect embellishments and also the bright red heart on the first really packs a punch along with the added leaves, and the rose glitter card works perfectly for the pretty butterfly on the second, and I just adore the added die cut heart over vellum on the last. x
All three cards are, oh, so beautiful with that lovely embossing folder playing back up. Each card has something extra to admire as well. I'm especially smitten with the 5x7 with the satin bow and vellum heart. I love how the bow streamers fall behind the vellum.
This is a professional class on effective ways to use a die, Bon! Each one is stunning! I'm partial to royal blue as a wedding color, so that wedding card made me gasp out loud! Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS! Happy Valentine's Day! Hugs, Dolly
Wow what a trio of delightful cards. I love them all but am drawn to the White and Blue card.
