Wild Wood Birthday Wishes

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

We've had some lovely springlike weather  lately and it made me want
to get out some NBUS flowers.  Who am I kidding?  It's always a good
time to pull out flowers!

I've die cut these from some Altenew watercolor paper and used Distress Re-inkers
as my watercolor medium.

I wanted to use Verena's sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, so I tried to arrange
the flowers according to the sketch.

I had to add that extra bee to cover a smudge in the upper corner and the
sentiment is computer generated.

Challenges:
Freshly Made Sketches #723 - See sketch below
NBUS #83 - Never Before Used Schtuff  (die set)
Seize the Birthday #320 - Used topping of CAS + die cuts

Card Recipe
Stamps:
Ink:
Paper:   Neenah Solar White, Watercolor (Altenew)
Other:  Into the Blooms: Wild Wood (PTI), Spring Leaves Cover Die (PF), Pierced Blanket Cover Die (HBS), Distress re-inkers (Mowed Lawn, Forest Moss, Bundled Sage, Rustic Wilderness, Worn Lipstick, Festive Berries, Mustard Seed), Tombow Marker 451

Enjoy!

Bonnie, your arrangement of lovely water-y-colored flowers is just perfection! See - even that little bumblebee can't resist them! I love the debossing, too! Such a great way to differentiate the sections of Verena's sketch!

Your flowers remind me of spring primroses. I love them because they bloom when the weather is warmer and sunnier. And that's exactly what your card looks like. Like a spring business card. I love it!

Your flower arrangement works beautifully to divide the two embossed sections of the card, Bonnie. I can't believe you had to make the sentiment on the computer with all the stamps you have. LOL

Ohhh, those flowers are so pretty! I love how you used two different coverplates, and your arrangement is spot on for the sketch. I like the extra bee just now heading in for the feast. Really beautiful, Bonnie!

Beautiful card with those lovely flowers. You do watercolor with Distress Re-inkers perfectly. I always admire your cards using that medium. I really like how you used the two coverplate dies to match the sketch along with the lovely floral arrangement. The two cute bees are enjoying those lovely blooms also.
