Little Guy

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

I hope you've had a nice week and have a good weekend on tap.

This card was done with an image that a sweet friend stamped and sent to me a
couple years ago.  I pulled out some Zigs and colored it.  The background is kind of
free handed.  Nothing special but a fun image to color.

Challenges:

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Little Guy (PB)
Ink:   VersaMark
Paper:   Watercolor (Canson), Neenah Solar White, Black
Other: Zigs, White EP, Triangle Pattern EF (PB)

Enjoy!

He's fantastic! I love this sweet boy and you've done him justice with great coloring -- your free-handing is perfect, there but it lets him shine

Wow! Your background design for this stamp is amazing! I can already picture the bushes leading to the beach where the boy will launch that boat! You did a fantastic job, my dear Bonnie.
hugs,

Precious -- I thought this little guy was a LOTV stamp. So many stamps and not enough time. Bonnie, all of your cards are special.

This is one of my favorites of the Penny Black kids, probably because I had a little boy (now a big boy). Your watercoloring is beautiful, and your background lends to the impression that he's stumbling down to the water's edge to launch his boat. I'm happy to see this little guy in our watercolor challenge at Double D. Thanks, Bonnie!

You couldn't have created a more perfect background for your little guy. I love the angle and the softness makes him--and his toy--stand out!

Beautifully watercolored.

This little guy is so cute Bonnie and beautifully coloured, and the embossing is perfect as it does not overshadow the image. x
