Didn't this week go fast? This week my Fun project was using some
leftover pieces and the dies from earlier in the week.
This time I used the whole sunflower and I'm still loving this Concord & 9th ink
and cardstock!
The embossed background was to test the embossing folder when it came.
It seemed a perfect fit for the sunflower and a piece of the cardstock left from
the previous sunflower card.
I recently sent a card to a friend who was facing upcoming surgery. It had
the word hope on it. She told me that it was just what she needed. I'll have this
card ready for the next person I hear of that needs some hope.

Your fun project is so pretty. Love the sunflower and that embossed panel. I may have to check out that C9 Buttercup as you used it beautifully.
Bright sunflowers surely do bring a ray of hope and this card will do that for any friend that needs a pick-me-up, Bonnie.

Lovely card with the beautiful sunflower and embossed background! That's a great sentiment.
I can't stop admiring the color of the sunflower's petals! This flower looks stunning, so velvety... The new EF is great, very versatile. Yes, cards that offer encouragement or express our sympathy are necessary for all of us. And we receive them far less often than we should. This would be a wonderful card for someone who needs to pick themselves up.

CAS and oh so pretty Bonnie! I love that SB's sunflower die and the Buttercup ink sure works beautifully on it! Love the embossed background and of course that sweet little ladybug you added too! The sentiment is the perfect finishing touch my friend! Hugs. :0)
