CAS Christmas.
This month is hosted by our super talented Susan.
This Serendipity (now sold at Impression Obsession) stamp was in
my NBUS box and I was delighted to have an excuse to use it.
I've stamped the scene on Mixed Media paper with Versafine Onyx Black ink.
To color I smooshed some ink on my palette and picked up color
with my water brush. I really didn't do much coloring.
Chunky Frantage Embossing Powder made quite a blizzard over the scene.
Our Design Team has some beautiful inspiration pieces and this month and
we are joined by our very talented Guest Designer, Lyn.
You can check it all out at
CAS Christmas
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

This winter homestead looks great and the limited colour palette suits it perfectly Bonnie, and matted on to black and the complementary sentiment finishes it beautifully. x
Love this Bonnie!!! x
Wow, Bonnie, what a gorgeous festive scene you've created with this sweet image. Love this card, Jo x

Love love love this scene....perfectly wintry and snowy and beautiful!
Lovely tranquil winter scene, Bonnie. xx
This is my all time favourite winter scene stamp Bonnie. I love your beautiful blue sky and your falling snow :)
Stunning card! I'd love to be in a place like that for Christmas!
Oh Bonnie that card makes me feel cold a fabulous interpretation of the challenge.
Blessings

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL Bonnie! I love the limited color...really does look like Winter and I can definitely feel the chill (or is it that it's in the 40's here this morning and I haven't turned the heat on yet?!). The sentiment goes perfectly with your lovely, lovely card too...love it!! :0)
That scene is beautiful, as long as you don't have to live in it, and I fear it's coming soon. But on a card I love it!
Every time I think you have made the BEST card ever, you come up with another one. This scene is absolutely gorgeous!!! Three cheers for you and your talent and three more cheers for this beautiful card!

WOW! Amazing winter scene, Bonnie. It actually takes me back to when I was young and there were more farms not that far from us. The good ol' days! :) I love the touches of red and your gorgeous watercoloured sky. The falling snow adds a wonderful sense of movement. xx
This is such a beautiful and relaxing scene. Thumbs up, Bonnie!
Gorgeous winter scene, Bonnie. The minimal watercoloring perfectly showcase this beautiful stamp. Love the frantage EP... gives the snow amazing dimensions and texture. x
A lovely 'Winter Wonderland', Bonnie! I love the bit of watercoloring that you did and how you created the beautiful snowy sky! I think I need to buy some of that Chunky Frantage Embossing Powder...it's fabulous, and your card is stunning! Barb xx
This couldn't be more perfect for the challenge I proposed! Love that snow-splattered scene - and the sentiment is totally right for it. I'd like to spend Christmas there!
Perfect scene, Bonnie - just love how you colored it!! It reminded me of a Hallmark card I got last year (but yours is better, of course).
Simply beautiful and peaceful winter scene. Bonnie! Love that you used minimum number of colors and added the Chunky Frantage snow.

Oh my goodness, this is SO beautiful! Love the layout, the scored details, the snow (that I swear is moving!), the touches of red, the perfect sentiment - it's ALL perfect Bonnie!

I think I want to live here... such a serene, and pretty, scene!

Gorgeous scene...what a great card. Love the highlights of red...just enough to finish off the image!
Great card Bonnie.
Thanks for dropping by my blog post about the dresser. So glad to finally have finished that project...well...almost finished...still have to shopping for the last 4 handles!
