I'm celebrating Fun Friday with some birthday cards.
Jack will be 15 soon. Where did that time go?
He likes hot pink and purple so I used my new Pretty Picado stencils and embossing
folder that I got recently.
While I was at it, I made a birthday card for one of our daughters that has
a birthday soon.

The scalloped edge and soft coloring made a stunning card for your daughter, Bonnie. Adding a pink border and birthday streamers made it great for Jack's card.

Oooh, more pretty goodies from The Greetery! I love how you worked the 15 into the first card for Jack, and added the streamers to make it really look like a celebration. I do not know where the time goes, but I wish it would slow down. Your daughter's birthday card is absolutely lovely with the embossing and scallops. Fine job with the detailed stenciling, too!
Don't you just love playing with that Pretty Picado set?! I just finished a couple cards with it that I'll post Monday...soooo fun!! And how can Jack be 15?!! Wasn't he just a kid last month??? I know from our oldest 3 grands how quickly it goes, so I'm really trying to hold on to the 2 youngest (1 1/2 and 2 3/4) and get all the hugs and snuggles in that I can! But anyway, I love Jacks card (and he will too!) and your 2nd card too!! I love that you left the big embossed border all white...sooooo pretty! Fabulous cards my friend!! Hugs. :0)

Two gorgeous cards, Bonnie. Jack and your daughter will be thrilled! The first card has beautiful, bold colors, perfect for a young man. The second is more subtle, perfect for a woman. Two wonderful designs, my dear Bonnie.
