Snowflake Shaker for CAS Christmas

Hello friends.

There's still time to join in at CAS Christmas.

Christine is hosting our challenge this month and she chose...

also joining in at Simon Says Wednesday Challenge
CLEAN AND SIMPLE
My snowflakes are stamped and heat embossed in white on a piece
of mixed media paper.

I smooshed some Distress Ink that onto my palette, picked up the color
with a water brush and dropped into a wet background.

I die cut the frame from some Neenah and a foam sheet and adhered
them with a piece of window sheet in between.  This made a pocket to hold some silver
sequins and micro beads.

I adhered the snowflake piece over the shakers and onto a card base.

The sentiment is stamped and embossed with silver.

Now it's your turn to put some blue and silver on a Christmas card
and get that Christmas stash started.  You'll be glad you did come time to
mail your cards!

Our fantastic Design Team and Guest Designer, Kaja have wonderful
inspiration pieces to share with you at the challenge site.

I hope you'll check out CAS Christmas and join the gallery.

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

Beautiful card Bonnie! Loving that frame and how your sentiment nestles right down in there. The silver beads look so pretty with the snowflakes and that beautiful background. About what it looks like here right now! lol Got snow last night and more to come tomorrow. So your card is very reminiscent of our sky right now. Hugs, Brenda

What a great looking card...good design to use for some Feb.- March b'day cards I need to make for my "up north" folks. I "borrow" a lot of your designs because they are so good and fairly easy...at least I am honest about it. Warm smile and a hug.

This is so beautiful, Bonnie. Shaker cards are my nemesis so I always love seeing them. Love the beads instead of sequins too. The background is so beautifully done and so well blended.

Another awesome sky BG. Looks like a window with all the snowflakes accumulated below. Enchanting winter card, reminds me of home LOL. We're into quite the array of dramatic winter changes. But this card is inviting, beautiful xx
