Tag for CAS Christmas

Hello friends.  I'm so glad you stopped by.

We have a new challenge at CAS Christmas.
Christine is our host this month and she's chosen

Our Guest Designer this month is the very talented

She and our wonderful Design Team have lots of
inspiration for you.

I've stamped these candy canes with Memento Black ink and
colored in with Sharpies, adding some stripes in between.

To make them shine like candy canes do, I've smacked them with
Versamark and heat embossed with clear powder.

They've been cut with the matching dies and assembled on a
dry embossed snowflake.

I added some holly, pine, berries, bow and a tiny tag.

Hope you'll put a tag on a Christmas card and join us at

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

I love this beautiful design, Bonnie! Using the beautiful dry embossed snowflake as a subtle and elegant backdrop is such a wonderful idea. The snowflakes works like a sunburst which draws your eyes right to the candy canes in the center. The clear heat-embossing makes the candy canes look real. I love this kind of attention to details to make a difference. :-)
