Rudolph in a Box

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

When I was shopping online recently this sweet stamp set popped up and jumped right
into my cart.  It has an adorable Santa Gnome in the set that I hope will be inked soon.

I inked this guy up for a challenge a few weeks ago but didn't get him done in time.
He was all colored and fussy cut, waiting for a home.

He sat on my table for a few days weeks and finally inspiration hit.

I decided he would work well in a box card.

I used a die cut tree from my UFO box on a watercolor background, then
covered it with a piece of packing foam for a snowy look.

There's snowbank in there and foam behind Rudolph to add dimension.

I added some "reins" with gold adhesive strips.  I think he's ready for take off
and giving the signal to Santa.

Here's a different view so you can see the dimension.

Packing foam? What a great idea, Bonnie. If the Santa gnome is as cute as the reindeer you have a winner of a stamp set.
