New Dies Thank You

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

Snow days mean play time for me.

I had a chance to play with some Christmas presents from two dear friends.

I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and cut the piece with a label die for
the center.  The background was dry embossed and daubed with white ink.

The flowers, leaves and berries were all die cut from Solar White cardstock
and colored with Copics then assembled on the card front around the label.
I arranged them, then lifted the label and glued them in place.  The label has a
piece of foam on the back to lift it up.

The Post office is sooo slow lately.  I hope this gets to the destination before this post.

Challenges:
Inkspirational #335 - See mood board below (inspired by the bowl in the upper left with white flowers and the purple of the lilacs
NBUS #71 - Never Before Used Schtuff (Foliage dies)

Card Recipe

What a great color combination, Bonnie. The white inking on the embossing brings it into focus and the arrangement around the label is delightfully Spring-like.

So pretty. Love the colors and the white inking on the embossed panel. The die cut elements are arranged perfectly around your label die cut.

A beautiful card, I love the colour mix.
I received a card from Wisconsin to the UK posted 18th Feb, received 26th Feb. I thought that was really good? x

Bonnie, I love this color combo so much I may have to save their mood board for another time!
You've really embraced it beautifully here today - and once again, reminded me of that white pigment ink trick! WOW this is a stunning way to say thank you!

These colors harmonize beautifully, especially in the way you balanced them. Such pretty dies and embossing folder. The white ink does wonders in the background. Such a lovely card, Bonnie!
