Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I'm starting to feel more comfortable with the layered stencils and I fell in love
with this sunflower stencil from Papertrey Ink.
I used brushes to add ink through the stencils then added highlights with my
Caran d'ache Supracolor Pencils. The background was looking too white,
so brushed over it with the ink left on the yellow brush.
The die cut sentiment was cut from colored cardstock and the backing die
cut from vellum.

What a beautiful bright sunshine-y card, Bonnie! This is a new stencil to me, and I understand completely why you love it!

I do miss the colors of Autumn - living in the mountains, the fall colors were on full display. Your sunflowers are so pretty. Not really yellow and not really orange - they are just right.
