Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
It's graduation time around here and our Luke is among the high school graduates.
Here's the card I did for him.
The graduation cap embellishment was included in a gift from a former
card maker who is no longer able to craft. Knowing this graduation was
coming up, I set it aside. His school colors are purple and gold so that
made the color choice easy.
I used a star die and a my sunburst card front die for a base and some
alphabet and number dies to complete the design.
Our next door neighbor is graduating too. A friend had brought her graduation
cap embossing folder when she visited a while back and I used the cap sticker
from Luke's card to make a pattern so I could add one to this card too.
It seems like yesterday that these kids were babies!
The time has sure flown!
I hope you have a great weekend!

Oh, do I ever know how surprising it seems, Bonnie! Those graduates are going to appreciate your wonderful cards so much!

Two awesome grad cards Bonnie and yes, they were just babies yesterday!! Why does it go SOOOOO slow when we're young but so fast as we age?! Kinda ticks me off!! But anyway, your grads are going to love their cards and have fun celebrating with them!! Hugs. :0)
It's always fun when you can personalize cards and making these wonderful graduation cards in the school colors will make the grads happy I'm sure, Bonnie. Great job copying the mortarboard for the second card.
Two great cards for the graduates and congrats to them both. I'm sure they will love the cards. I have a great-granddaughter that will be graduation next year so I have that to look forward to.
WOW! You're a star -- What can I say that has not been said. Love your graduation cards.
