Dreamy Bubble Butterfly

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

I'm back as Guest Designer for the Krafty Chicks Challenge.
This week we're looking for your CAS (Clean And Simple) cards.

I am really enjoying this Dreamy Butterfly Die from Memory Box!

This time I've cut him from a piece of Bubble Background.

Jack & I put some water and a drop of dishwashing liquid in a cup, then used a straw
to blow bubbles.  When the bubbles rose, we dropped food coloring into them and
laid a piece of cardstock on the bubbles.  It was lots of fun and we had some
really pretty backgrounds.

I hope you'll join us at Krafty Chicks with your CAS cards.
And do check out all the awesome cards the Design Team has
to inspire you!

What a fun way to make beautiful bubble paper, Bonnie. Looks like Jack was having lots of fun. The butterfly cut from that paper is so pretty, especially with the gold circle frame around it. Beautiful card, Bonnie! Congrats on being GD at Krafty Chicks! xx

What a great little helper you had to make that wonderful bubble paper, Bonnie. It came out better than any I've ever made. It looks great on the butterfly and with the gold accents.

Gorgeous butterfly card, Bonnie! The bubble inked butterfly looks so elegant. Love the organic pattern on the wings. The background script stamping, the thin gold ring and the white leaves are just perfectly arranged for highlighting the beauty of the butterfly.
Jack blowing bubbles is so cute!!! How fun to spend your time with your precious grandson!

I didn’t do too well with the bubble background technique decades ago 😂… it made me so light-headed. Looked like you and Jack didn’t have any problems. Your card is beautiful.
