Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I have another twofer and just skidding in under the wire for
one challenge.
When I saw the mood board at the Peace on Earth Christmas Challenge #3, I
knew I had to play along.
I had a couple of pieces of decorative paper in black and white checks and
a fun tree die that needed to see some action.
While looking for something to use for a background, I found this piece of
stencil monoprint in my background basket that worked great.
After I had die cut the stitched rectangle from it, I thought the leftover piece
would be perfect as a frame for another stencil monoprint that must have been
a first pull because it was darker.
So here's the twofer...
I think I like this one better.

Oh I'm so glad you got this one in, Bonnie! I'm feeling a win coming your way! Both truly adorable!

What a fabulous design and the gingham tree is such an eye-catcher. Love the rich contrast on this too. How clever to get two cards from that stencil monoprint. And thanks for the reminder to do that again!
Love gingham, love this card. [Bunny]
So clever of you Bonnie to get 2 cards out of your wonderful stencil monoprint die cut panel. I LOVE both your beauties. So pleased you joined us at STAMPlorations Stencil ATG and used a Sanna Trees Stencil:-) Hugs..Nancy
Two great cards using these leftover stencil monoprint pieces Bonnie, and love the pretty green and the black gingham die cut tree stands out brilliantly on the first. I too particularly love the second with the aperture and the darker piece behind the three trees here, also the pretty Cardinal on top of the sentiment..such a great idea for a second card. x
Oh... those pretty little checked trees!! Love these, Bonnie!!
Love your gingham tree - what a great way to create a card for that challenge!
LOVE your use of two monoprints, light and dark -- superb idea! I'm also kinda lusting over that tree die (must.not.shop.any.more!)
Oh my goodness, your plaid trees are fabulous, Bonnie! I'm loving your monoprint backgrounds, too! Thanks for making me smile with that darling cardinal ~ xx

I love those gingham trees and your monoprint looks lovely. My favorite is the sweet cardinal perched on the sentiment.
I like the second one better too, Bonnie. Who can resist that little cardinal sitting on the sentiment? I love that tree die. Mine are all so big.
Hi Bonnie! Two beautiful cards! Yes I also love to make cards and everything else in paper LOL
Wish you a joyful weekend :)
O, wow! This trees have a wonderful shape and gingham pattern is just right for them. I like both of your cards. Great design. Really artistic.

I'm loving both of these cards Bonnie, but maybe the 2nd one just a tiny bit more...hate to play favorites as they're both beautiful!! And you gotta love it when one card inspires a 2nd card!! Lovely, lovely!! Hugs. :0)
OMGosh, I love them both but I do believe the second is my favorite as well. It's seriously fabulous. The gingham trees are so cute and I do have the die which is one of my all time favorites. The stenciled background is perfect. Love that you did it all soft and subtle. Bonnie, thank you so much for playing along with us at Peace on Earth!
Oh wow, I love both of these cards Bonnie! Those tree dies are so pretty, love them in the buffalo check pattern. They pop right off your beautiful monoprints! Just gorgeous! Hugs, Brenda
Gingham trees, how gorgeous! Thank you for the inspiration, Bonnie.
Just lovely, both are wonderful but I think the second with that wonderful soft background and the little pop of red from that cardinal just pips it for me xx
Beautiful twofer with your monoprints, Bonnie. The gingham trees are so fun! The combination of the two pulls of monoprint look so amazing together! xx
I love the gingham trees and I am loving both of these unique and fabulous cards Bonnie x.
They're both terrific! Loving the colours together
Love your two cards with the cute b/w gingham trees, so cute. Your monoprint stencil backgrounds look great with them. I like how you used the negative piece on the second card, looks great. TFS
Brilliant work Bonnie, love your twofer check trees and using your monoprint background two ways - wonderful use of your backgrounds, hugs Robyn
Wonderful twofers. Way to use both duo-prints. The gingham trees are fun and cute.
I'm not sure which one of these I love the most Bonnie, they're both gorgeous. I love the gingham trees! xx
Oh Bonnie, these are beautiful! Love the gingham trees against the soft green monoprint background. I think I would have to say my favourite of the two is the 2nd one with the little cardinal, but both are gorgeous!
