Rustic Wreath

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

The rush for getting Christmas cards done is on!
Fortunately there are lots of challenges out there that spur me on.

I used a retired Stampin' Up die for the wreath and a Penny Black die
for the greenery.  After coloring the greenery with Copics,
I found a snippet of plaid ribbon to tie up with string.

The sentiment is heat embossed on a sign hanging from the wreath.

Challenges:

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Mixed Christmas Sentiments (HLS)
Ink:   VersaMark
Paper:   Baked Brown Sugar, Naturals White (SU), Milk Chocolate (GKD)
Other:  Swirly Scribbles Die (SU), Winter Garland Die (PB), Copics, Pinewood Planks EF (SU), White EP

You never fail to amaze me Bonnie - I love your card - so original and attractive. I need some inspiration to lighten my heart as everything here in
"God Bless America" seems so upside down and out of touch with us mere mortals. You remind me that following such stars like you, Loll and Robyn brings me so much joy. Congratulations Bonnie for a card well conceived and made.

Such a beautiful rustic look to the wreath Bonnie, and the plaid ribbon and the hanging sentiment work brilliantly, and the embossed wood panel background suits it perfectly. x

Love the rustic wreath. It looks great hanging on the wood background. I have that die and may have to case your card.

Oh, so pretty and the pinewood planks made a wonderful place to hang this wreath. Both the wreath and planks look very winter and rustic looking.

Wow, Bonnie! You will have us all scrambling to find that retired die! I would never have thought to use it as a rustic wreath combined with the Penny Black die! You never disappoint. And by the way that die goes for around 49.00 on eBay now so hang on to it. This is a classic case of your talent and creativity!
