Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I have stamped and heat embossed this NBUS stamp in white on pink cardstock
and colored the roses with Copic Markers keeping with
monochromatic colors.
Then I thought maybe I should add some clear gems.
I'm not sure I like it better with the gems or without.
They're on there now though so they'll have to stay.

WOW, this is beautiful. Love the soft colors and the beautiful blooms. I think this is the prettiest monochromatic card I have seen. Love it with the gems and without. TFS
A definite WOW factor! What a gorgeous card, Bonnie! This should go to someone special. The white embossed image is perfect for the monochromatic look. Fabulous Copic work too!
The roses are so beautiful Bonnie and I love the look of them on the pretty pink card and colour in pink and the complementary brown for the leaves and also the matted layer and sentiment. I think the clear gems are a great finishing touch...such an elegant look! x
A Stunning card Bonnie.

I thought it was a watercolor until I read through. Lovely card..
Oh my, what pretty roses! This is a marvelous card, Bonnie!
Oh so pretty in pink! Your Copic coloring is gorgeous… it looked like it was watercolored.
A beautiful card Bonnie, and to be honest, I think I prefer it without the gems.
Stay safe
Blessings

I love it both with and without the gems. Gorgeous shades of pink and what a great idea to stamp on to pink cs!
WOW this is a stunning monochromatic card Bonnie. Fabulous colouring and I love the pink cardstock too x. With or without the gems it is amazing x.
This is such a beautiful card! The contrast of the 2 colors with a soft color highlighted with a strong color. Plus stamping in white. Any flower lover would love getting this card.
Bonnie your monochromatic coloring/shading on these roses is so gorgeous, I don't think it needed anything to distract from that!
I've taken more than my fair share of 'before & after/bling' photos! It does feel wrong not to use those fabulous crystals, doesn't it?
Thanks for joining us at The Flower Challenge!

What gorgeous coloring on those roses, Bonnie!!
Gorgeous, love the coloring on the colored cardstock!
This is just stunning, Bonnie! You should frame it as a work of art!
I don't know how you got that water color look with Copics but it is stunning. I want to reach out and touch those roses to feel how soft they are. Just gorgeous.
Really beautiful Copic coloring, Bonnie! You've added so much dimension to the flower petals and I think the gems are very pretty! Another gorgeous card! xx
WOW!! Your roses are absolutely GORGEOUS Bonnie and the Copic coloring is perfection! And I like the gemstones...a little bling is always good! Hugs. :0)
Wow! It's a beautiful monochromatic design, Bonnie! Love the soft and slightly dusty pink and the brown leaves are gorgeous!
Such a dreamy card with or without the gems Bonnie! Gorgeous! Vicky x
Oh, so beautiful, Bonnie! The gems look like dew drops and I love it either way. Fabulous blending with the Copics on pink. I don't even think "monochromatic" when I see it. It's just lovely!
Wow, this is such an elegant and beautiful monochromatic rose card, Bonnie! I thought you watercolored the image until I read your blog. Amazing Copics coloring! Merry Merlot adds a perfect definition to the card.
Hideko xx
Beautiful! I too thought it was water colored, especially since I thought heat embossing and copics don't like each other -- for this... fantastic!
Your roses are gorgeous, Bonnie. The Copic colors worked well on the pink cardstock to highlight and shade. Thanks for sharing your card with us at The Flower Challenge.
Your roses are just beautiful and I love the monotone look xx
This card looks just so elegant in pink and with the soft addition of colour to the petals. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for joining us at The Flower Challenge and we hope to see you there again soon. Aileen DesignTeam
OMG Bonnie, your cards a stunner. Love the monochromatic colours with the white embossing ♥
This is absolutely breathtaking... Love it!
I like the card with and without germs. The coloring of the roses is wonderful. It looks great in pink.

Another stunning card, Bonnie. Your color selection is wonderful. I love shades of pink and a lovely cold brown for the leaves.
Both versions are beautiful, but I have the impression that the shiny stones perfectly complement such an elegant card
xx
Stunning Bonnie, love the colours!
