More Black and Yellow for Color Hues

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

A very QACAS card today.

I've been having a wonderful time playing with my Feathered Lilies kit.
I love the deep embossing of these flowers!  I rub the inside of the embossing
folder (both sides) with a clean baby wipe, and place the watercolor paper inside to
get a deep impression.

The bee was stamped in black, colored with a marker, smooshed in
VersaMark ink, clear heat embossed and die cut.

Color Hues #42 - Black and Yellow
NBUS #39 - Never Before Used Schtuff (embossing folder)

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Dragonfly Dreams (ret SU), Easy Expressions Original (Ton)
Ink:   Versafine Onyx Black, VersaMark, Daffodil Delight Marker (SU)
Paper:   Neenah, Solar White, Watercolor (TH),
Other:  Feathered Lilies 3D EF (Alt), Clear EP, Dragonfly Dreams Die (ret SU)

Beautiful CAS design Bonnie. I LOVE how you've kept the background all white so that bee really stands out. The new embossing folder is so pretty. Thanks for the tip about using a baby wipe to help get a deep impression. xx

This is just beautiful. What a wonderful idea to emboss and leave white the background with the focal stamp - I must try this! Thanks for the inspiration and well done on using NBUS.
