I've been lifting alcohol ink again.
I'm glad it's not to heavy! :-)
This time I used a stencil over a piece of alcohol ink on Yupo paper.
I used a piece of felt dipped in blender solution and dabbed it over the
stencil. I found I needed to dab off the felt occasionally so it
wasn't redepositing ink back on the piece. I should have dabbed
it off on a clean piece of Yupo and maybe had another
background piece to use. Too late now!
This is one of my favorite dies for a quick and easy card!
I'll take this over to CAS Stencil
and I'll drop it in the gallery at
My mixed media are Alcohol Ink, Alcohol Ink Lift, Stencilling, Die Cutting, Stamping and Heat Embossing.
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

Beautiful, Bonnie! LOVE the bright colours and then the great results with lifting. Of course, you can't go wrong using that die ... so pretty over top. xx
Bonnie, I love that wonderful bold red background. The alcohol lift gave it some amazing texture and dimension.
So pretty, Bonnie. The white die-cut pops beautifully against the bright colour. Great lifting job... and great idea to dab off on a clean piece to get a second background. I still need to crack open my lift ink. xx
Unique and gorgeous background with beautiful vibrant colours. The lift technique looks so effective and yes that is one special die cut x
What a fabulous card - love your rich background and the simple die cut that shows it off so wonderfully

A beautiful vibrant red stencil lift background Bonnie!
I love the warm and vibrant shades of red AI of the background, Bonnie! The stenciled lifted leaves are subtle and yet add so much interest to the background. The crisp white die-cut flower looks so pretty against the red.
Hideko xx
