Miss Your Face

Hi there.  I'm glad you stopped by!

A little quarantine fun today.

My friend Brenda did a card using this mask pattern and shared a video for
making it too.  Darnell also shared some cards using this mask.
They are making the rounds.

I had sent Jack a rainbow chick card and he let me know he loved it.
Then he made us a card telling us how much he wanted to give us a big hug.
He's such a sweet boy!  I thought he would like one of the mask cards.
(He did and propped it up on his dresser to admire.)

I broke out a NBUS alphabet die and cut the letters from several different colors of
cardstock snippets and popped it all on a snippet of embossed decorative paper.

Challenges:
Double D Challenge - Use Your Scraps
Inspired By - Colorful Kicks (colorful letters)
NBUS - Never Before Used Schtuff (alphabet die)
Pixie's Snippet Playground - Used snippets for letters and mask

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

DON'T FORGET TO WEAR YOUR MASK WHEN YOU GO OUT!

Enjoy!

Aw, this is as cute as can be! LOVE the mask and those little snippets of letters! Fun and colorful! Thanks for playing with IB this week, and YES, I am feeling quite lazy. I don't know what I'm going to do next week when I have to start babysitting again....yikes!

Your mask card is so fun with those bright, happy colors in the sentiment. I can see why Jack propped it up to look at. Even my sons loved theirs and they are in their 50's! The embossing folder added more love to the card.

Great card, Bonnie! "Missing faces" seems to be a prevalent issue these days, I know we have that here too -- soon, I pray...

Oh, bless his heart, what a sweet boy he is! I'm glad you made him one of these miss-your-face cards, Bon! I love the color and the heart e/f and how you did the letters in rainbow colors because you know Jack loves rainbows! Keep staying safe and thank you for sharing with everyone at NBUS! Hugs, Dolly

What a wonderful fun card Bonnie - bound to cheer anyone up! Love that mask, and how you have used it.
We are now free of restrictions, (as of mid-night) but with admonitions to wash our hands and keep records of where we have been and with whom. Our borders are still basically closed, and if anyone enters the country they have to isolate/be quarantined for 14 days.
Stay safe
Blessings
Maxine

This is lovely because not only does it make wearing a mask not so scary but that sentiment is so true - the faces of your loved ones on screen is not the same. Beautifully made too Bonnie and the alphabet is gorgeous, especially in rainbow colours! Vicky x

Great card, Bonnie. Kids do love a good card and this one is so appropriate right now!

Loving the mask but the rainbow letters are brilliant. We see the rainbow of hearts in the wondows when we walk in our neighbourhood.

I loved Brenda's card when I saw it, and I am loving yours too Bonnie! It so fun and it is good to laugh in these times we are going through. I didn't ee Auntie's cards, but will have to go have a look see. I can imagine Jack loves his cards from you, it makes a heart feel good for sure. I know when Bret shows his friends the cards I make for me, it makes me feel good. Good for you for breaking out those NUBUS alphabet dies!! Yep, wore my mask to the pool store three times this weekend and at the grocery store today. I was happy to see everyone else was too. Hugs, Brenda
