Most Beautiful Day

Hi there.  I'm glad you stopped by.

When I was going through my UFO box not long ago, I found this image that
I had stamped while visiting a friend.  I'd forgotten all about it.
The sentiment seemed so appropriate for these times.

I had some left over ink on my palette and a damp waterbrush so I quickly
colored the flowers and bottles and added some color over the sentiment.

When I die cut the image and the sentiment, there were some tiny
black dots left on the border.  So I added a few doodles
(to cover up an oops) around the image and popped them on
an embossed card base.

I hope today will be a beautiful day for you!

Very heartfelt card. Much needed these days. The simple, pretty vases of flowers and soft colors are just right for the sentiment. And as always, you sure can turn an oops into a "ahhh, nice touch."

Pretty card. Love the sentiment and how you added the color from the flowers over the sentiment, a great technique. I like the doodles around the stamped image too. You would never know there was an oops. :)

Pretty hydrangea with a perfect sentiment, Bonnie! I love your black doodling. It doesn't look like you did it to cover up at all.

Great card, Bonnie. You did an amazing job with yours ooops solution! I would have thought it was how the card was supposed to be...

I love the sentiment. I discovered some NBUS stamps with caring sayings...I should get some of them stamped off and made up. I certainly have the time to do it!

Just having a wee catch up on visits...

The quote is definitely uplifting in these times of great change. The simple bouquets in coke bottles are sweet and the loose colouring make them even more special, ...just like the present moment.
Take care dear friend! xx
