This time I stamped a NBUS fun bird stamp and colored with Copic Markers.
I stamped again on vellum and heat embossed.
The vellum softens the look of the birds and I love the dreamy look!
Super easy and a good way to soften some over-bright coloring. ;-)

The vellum looks great over the top of the fun and brightly coloured birds Bonnie and the white embossing contrasts beautifully, and the pierced rectangle aperture shows them off perfectly. x

This is so darn CUTE Bonnie and I love the way you colored it! I have a post ready for Wednesday for the vellum challenge and I threw my first try away because I used Copics on the back of the vellum and it was too streaky! What a great idea though to just do the coloring on regular cardstock and then layer the embossed vellum over the top...now why didn't I think of that?! Absolutely wonderful card Bonnie...love it!! :0)

Are you serious, that is such a thing as too bright? In this case the vellum does make for a dreamy effect. Colors are still bold but the depth is flowing.
I love these cute little birds and their bright plume. This is a lovely take on embossed vellum.
