It's been a super busy month and I'm afraid I haven't done much coloring.
I have finished something though. Finally!
Several of you have commented that you like to see the process.
So here are a couple pictures as I went along.
Used Distress Markers and my waterbrush to color the no-line
version of this flower from the Altenew Coloring Book.
Added shading with Watercolor Pencils.
When it was all finished, I had trouble deciding what to do with it.
I added a thin frame and some splatters.
I wish I hadn't done the splatters.
I think there's still time to join in at
with my die cut frame.

What a beautiful card, Bonnie. The coloring is a big WOW...I feel like I could reach in and pick a live version of that flower. Using pencils for some shading and touches is such a good (and safe!) idea.

I have always been afraid to splatter for fear I will end up with a big blob some where and goof up a perfectly good coloring job.
