Layered Poinsettias

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

A dear friend shared some of her poinsettia die cuts with me.

I had so much fun playing with them!

First up some metallic watercolor on this fantastic embossed background that the same
dear friend sent.  (I think this is my favorite of the bunch!)

Another die cut colored with metallic watercolor.
The entire front is embossed even though it doesn't look like it here.

This time I smooshed the flower layers in watered down Distress ink and placed
it on a die cut background that had been sitting in my stash for ages.

Had to have a red poinsettia!  This time I smooshed the layers in Festive Berries
and Candied Apple Distress inks and added some snowy splatters.

Thank you so much, my friend!  I have really enjoyed this lovely gift!

Fabulous quartet of cards, Bonnie! Those poinsettias look amazing on all the different embossed backgrounds you chose - I can see why you'd love card one with the rich red bg. I think my fave is card three with the starry diamonnd embossing. But all so gorgeous!!

I am stunned by these untasty cards. I love them all, but I like the third one the most. No, the fourth ... no, the first and the second ... I can't choose a favorite, because each one is different, and each has something amazing about it.
